Hokuto USA electrical department is responsible for bringing our products to life using innovative techniques and technologies, providing our customers with custom designs of the highest industry standard. From I/O design/builds, wire harnesses or full automated system integration, Hokuto USA Electrical has the experience and technical know how to get the job done.

CAPABILITIES

• Hardware Design - Component selection, schematics design & drawing creation.

• Software Design - For robotic welding, product assembly, material handling and process controls, PLC / HMI / Motion programming.

• Parts Procurement - All necessary electrical components and parts are purchased and managed per project.

• Custom Equipment Builds - We build control panels, HMI operation boxes, field junction boxes, other field control components, and cable tray system layouts.

• Wiring Integration - We can complete final form for such equipment as robotic cells, material handling systems, also wiring for all electrical component, tooling jigs, robot handlers, and other auxiliary equipment.

• Equipment System Test and Commissioning - Debug electrical errors, and adjust control details to the customer satisfaction

• On-Site Support - Able to provide field work for new equipment system installation, existing equipment system modification and all necessary control adjustments to certify functionality prior to production run.
